Radio

A radio field presents a list of choices, all of which are visible on the page within a named group. Only the listed values can be selected as valid data by clicking the radio button near the value you want.

Caution!: Choices are a useful way to control the visibility of other required or optional fields. After selecting a value, you may notice a hidden field appearing in proximity to the choice.
